These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at Rossa Garden Hotel and your use of rossagardenbali.com. By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The hotel

Rossa Garden Hotel and Le Jardin Restaurant are located at Jalan Pantai Indah, Candidasa, Karangasem 80851, Bali, Indonesia.

2. Reservations

• Bookings can be made via our website (rossagardenbali.com), by WhatsApp, by email, or through authorised third-party platforms.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us or from the booking platform.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
• When booking for a group, the person making the booking accepts these terms on behalf of the entire party.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in time: 14:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
• Standard check-out time: 12:00.

Early check-in (subject to availability)

• 00:00 to 07:59: 100% surcharge on the room rate for the preceding night
• 08:00 to 13:59: 50% surcharge on the room rate

Early check-in is subject to room availability. We recommend contacting us in advance to request early check-in.

Late check-out (subject to availability)

• 12:01 to 17:59: 50% surcharge on the room rate
• 18:00 to 23:59: 100% surcharge on the room rate

Late check-out is subject to room availability. Please request late check-out at the time of check-in or as early as possible during your stay.

• A valid passport or national identity card is required at check-in for all guests.

4. Payment

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and cash on arrival.
• A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation.
• The remaining balance is due on arrival at the time of check-in.
• All published room rates include 11% VAT and a 10% service charge. No additional taxes or service charges will be added at checkout.
• Rossa Garden Hotel reserves the right to charge the card on file or retain the deposit in the event of a no-show or cancellation within the terms set out in the Cancellation Policy.

5. Children and extra beds

• Children of any age are welcome at Rossa Garden Hotel.
• Children ages 2 to 12: IDR 500,000 per child per night when using an existing bed.
• Children under 2 years old: IDR 300,000 per child per night. Please note that baby cots are not available at this property.
• Additional adults using an extra bed: IDR 500,000 per person per night.
• Extra beds are available on request and subject to availability. Please confirm at the time of booking.

6. Pets

• Pets are not permitted at Rossa Garden Hotel or Le Jardin Restaurant.

7. Property rules

• Rossa Garden Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms, bungalows, or indoor areas.
• The pool is available 24 hours a day. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Please respect the privacy of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
• The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund in the event of disruptive behaviour.

8. Liability

Rossa Garden Hotel takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings (use the in-room safe provided)
• Injury or illness arising from use of the pool, garden, or other hotel facilities
• Disruption to services caused by events outside our reasonable control (weather, power outages, natural events)

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Le Jardin Restaurant

• Le Jardin Restaurant is open to hotel guests and to the general public.
• Opening hours: daily 07:00 to 22:00. Subject to change — please check with the hotel.
• Table reservations are recommended, particularly for dinner and BBQ evenings.
• The restaurant reserves the right to decline service or ask guests to leave in the event of disruptive behaviour.
• Le Jardin operates its own terms for private events and catering bookings. Please contact us for details.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Current terms are always published at rossagardenbali.com/terms-and-conditions.
