Our Story
Rossa Garden was first created for travellers who came to discover the island beneath the surface. The underwater world here is extraordinary — vibrant coral reefs, calm waters, and unforgettable diving that has brought guests back year after year. From the very beginning, it was a place for people seeking the real East Bali: quieter, more authentic, and beautifully unchanged.
Over the years, one thing has never changed: the people. Many members of our team have been with Rossa Garden for years, growing together like one family and sharing the genuine Balinese hospitality that makes every stay feel personal. More than colleagues, we are a family, and nothing brings us greater joy than welcoming guests to our island and making them feel truly at home.
As Rossa Garden evolved, a new chapter naturally unfolded. We realised that the feeling our guests experienced here did not end when they returned to their rooms after a day of exploring. The conversations shared over dinner, the warmth of candlelight beneath the trees, and the simple pleasure of slowing down together became just as memorable as the adventures beyond our gates.That vision found its natural expression with the opening of Le Jardin. Rather than simply adding a restaurant, we created a new way to experience Rossa Garden — where boutique hospitality and destination dining come together as one. Inspired by the timeless traditions of French cuisine, shaped by the freshness of local Balinese ingredients, and brought to life through open-fire cooking, Le Jardin has become a destination in its own right.Today, guests travel from across Bali not only to stay with us, but to gather around the table. Some arrive for a long, relaxed breakfast surrounded by tropical gardens. Others return for candlelit dinners, carefully selected wines, and evenings that linger long after the last course has been served. Many who first came for dinner now choose to spend the night, discovering that the experience feels complete only when the restaurant and the garden become part of the same story.
This new chapter has transformed Rossa Garden into more than a boutique hotel. It has become a place where rest and dining exist in harmony — where mornings begin slowly, afternoons invite exploration of East Bali, and evenings are reserved for exceptional food, meaningful conversation, and the quiet beauty of the garden after sunset.

Our lush tropical garden is the heart of Rossa Garden. Towering palms, flowering trees, birdsong, and the scent of frangipani create an atmosphere where time naturally slows down. A natural-stone pool open around the clock and swing chairs in the shade invite you to stay longer than you planned.
The property is enclosed. There is no public access, no walk-through traffic, no shared spaces with people who are not staying here. The pool is yours. The garden is yours. The quiet is yours. That level of privacy is not an accident — it is the reason the property was built the way it was.
